There is an international Airport in Tashkent. It is located not far from down town. The main airlines flying to Tashkent is Uzbekistan Airways. Also, Asiana Airlines, Korea Air, China Southern, Czech Airlines, Air Baltic, Alitalia, Airlines of Ukraine, Aeroflot, Turkish Airlines, TransAero, British Airways, Air France have flights to Tashkent.
All participants (except those coming from Russia, Ukrain, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgizstan) need to get Uzbek visa to visit Uzbekistan.
To get Uzbek visa one needs to apply nearest embassy or consulate of Uzbekistan.
All participants who need visa will be arranged visa approval through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
To do this we need the following information:
1) Scanned copy of your national passport
2) Your first and last names according to passport
3) Citizenship
4) Affiliation and its address
5) Your position
6) Dates of arrival and departure
